Brief Mozzila Thunderbird Tutorial

Hi Friends, s , here I have prepared a tutorial with the basics to set email accounts in Thunderbird Mozilla to view and manage both all email accounts that you have open in gmail , hotmail and any other type webmail .
The steps are the same for all accounts , excepting download and installation done only the first time , and only the parameters for each type of account, which are specific to each. Detail the steps to install and configure Thunderbird account the typical run usually offer any page , for example , could offer blogger.com employees and registered users webmail type say, for example , a typical info@blogger.com
Step 1: You download the Thunderbird and install it here . Advise , as with any installation steps need to read carefully so you do not install any bars or you change the browser home page , if you say no invites set up an " channels blogs" or "news" and that kind of stuff , but nothing happens to not only become involved is important to install the program.
Step 2: To configure the new account in Thunderbird , we agree to Tools> Account Settings ...

Step 3: In the Account Settings screen , down, this time select Operations on Accounts -> Add Mail Account :

Step 4: Fill the form with the name of the account , the account address ( info@rejuveneciendo.es ) and password ( whatever) , we note "remember " that and no more will never ask your password. Once done select Continue.

Step 5: Clicking Continue will automatically attempt to locate servers in and out when they are made in the two green we click on Edit ( in the red box in the picture) .

Step 6: On the next screen we need to make some changes if the mail server parameters are not typical , which is normal because there is not much estarización in the subject of emails. So after giving the "Edit" button do the following:

Change the user name as default does not include the domain , in this case the user name is not " info " but " info@rejuveneciendo.es " then we write .

In case you do not come right posts the names of the servers you would do it manually : (pictured says mail.comails.com but for example would mail.rejuveneciendo.es both the output and the input ) .

Modify the IMAP protocol entry for POP , and put in its port 110 instead of 143 .

Off the security certificate for both input and output (this does not mean it will be safe to stop communication, but the type of protocol requires each mail server in particular).
Once done select Recheck the configuration:
Now when we are in orange on the Create Account option .
By not having a security certificate configured in the domain we may receive a warning. In that case simply click in the box " I understand the risks " and then click Create Account .
Once this series of steps and we'll set up an account in Thunderbird 3.1.
Repeat steps ( except the first ) to configure other accounts as blabla@ashotaschili.blogspot.com  and their corresponding passwords.

If you consider something has gone wrong it may be better to delete it to start over . To delete an account you must go to Edit and choose Account Settings , and in the new window , on the left , choose the account you want to delete , and give him the Operations button on the account and choose Delete Account .
For gmail accounts configuration parameters are:

Incoming Server : pop.gmail.com Type: POP Port: 995 Security: Yes Type: SSL

Outgoing Server : smtp.gmail.com Type: SMTP Port: 465 Security: Yes Type: SSL
For accounts hotmail configuration parameters are:

Incoming server : pop3.live.com Type: POP Port: 995 Security : No

Outgoing Server : smtp.live.com Type: SMTP Port: 25 Security: Yes Type: SSL or, Port: 587 Security: TLS
For other accounts , we must ask the appropriate administrator to provide it to us if we do not know them , we give them gladly . Obviously , if we change the password of the accounts will have to update the settings of Thunderbird or not you can communicate with it.
That will be very useful , a hug .
