Burn Fats in the Night !

Don’t have much time to exercise in the morning?
Do it at night after work. Sports at night will make you sleep more comfortably. Feels fit the next day..!

If you don’t like joining the gym, exercise at home.
Here are simple exercises you can take when doing sports in the evenings..

- Use dumbbells

Make a boat movements to strengthen the upper body and your stomach. Or, do the Scots jump so your thighs harder. Combine movements using dumbbells. Do not forget to lift dumbbells in a standing position to form the upper back.

- Without tool

Before going to sleep and without any tool you can still exercise. Push ups, sit-ups, style bike you can do to burn calories and build some muscle.

- Ball balance

With a balance ball you can eliminate fatigue in the back due to too much sitting. How, lay down facing the ground on the ball and keep the balance. Imitate the flying posture of the superman that will fly and lift the leg slowly to be felt in the buttocks. Count to eight alternately right and left thigh.

- Exercises with DVD

DVD collections that contain several types of exercises. If you want to raise your heart rate, choose a high impact exercise. Then, if you want to feel relaxed, select the type of low impact exercise.

- Stretching or yoga

Stretching and flexibility exercises in yoga is an important part in sports and easy to do. This exercise can reduce stress levels and make you sleep more comfortably. For that do stretching exercises or yoga before bed.
